Winter Ball 2009 - date tbc - early November likely! The main social event of the year for ALL London O&G trainees! Enquiries welcome - w e sell out EVERY YEAR! Friends and partners all welcome! Report from our Winter Ball 2008 - held on Friday 7^th November 2008 at the Radisson Edwardian Marlborough VBS on the Orient Express! was the theme for the night, in this new venue for the VBS. Over 140 trainees, consultants, partners and friends made up our biggest ever ball attendance, and all joined in with the Art Deco theme with feathers, beads and flapper styles! The Ball was marked by a vote of thanks to Mr Charles Wright, Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at Hillingdon Hospital, who stepped down as the VBS President after 3 years at the helm.
